Revolver X4TS T-Slot Tonneau Cover

★★★★★4.8· thousands of reviews

Our X4TS brings T-slot track integration to the proven Revolver folding platform. This cover is built for truck owners who run roof racks, crossbars, or bed-mounted accessory rails and need seamless compatibility without sacrificing tonneau security.

The same aluminum panel construction and automotive-grade hinge system from the standard X4 carries over, with the addition of factory-spec T-slot extrusions along both bed rails. You get full folding access to your truck bed, low-profile looks when closed, and the ability to mount third-party track accessories without drilling new holes.

We designed the X4TS for daily-driver reliability. Weather seals run the full perimeter. Panels lock at the tailgate with integrated latches. The tri-fold design gives you partial or full bed access in seconds, and the entire cover installs with basic hand tools in under an hour.

T-slot rail compatibility & accessory integration

The defining feature of the X4TS is the integrated T-slot channel running along both bed rails. These extrusions match the factory spec used by most major rack and crossbar manufacturers, so you can mount bike racks, kayak carriers, cargo bars, or tie-down anchors without custom brackets.

We see a lot of truck owners running overlanding setups or contractor rigs where roof space is already claimed by ladders or RTTs, and the bed needs to pull double duty for locked storage and open hauling. The X4TS solves that by giving you a lockable tonneau that doesn’t block accessory mounting points.

Panel construction & hinge system
Sizing & fit

Panel construction & hinge system

Each panel is stamped from .040-inch aluminum sheet and reinforced with internal ribs for rigidity without adding bulk. The powder coat is a textured matte black that resists UV fade and minor abrasion from cargo sliding across the surface.

Hinges are automotive-grade sealed units with stainless steel pins. We spec these for 50,000 open/close cycles minimum, which translates to years of daily use. The hinge design allows each panel to rotate past 180 degrees, so when you fold the cover all the way open it sits flat against the back of the cab and doesn’t interfere with bed access.

Styling

Weather sealing & drainage

Weather protection starts with EPDM gaskets running the full perimeter of each panel. These compress against the bed rails and cab when closed, creating a seal that keeps rain and road spray out of the bed.

Panel-to-panel seals use overlapping edges with additional EPDM strips. Water that lands on the cover surface drains toward the bed rails, where built-in channels route it out through drain ports at each corner. The system handles car wash pressure and highway rain without pooling or leaking into the bed.

Perfect for my roof rack setup
I run a Yakima rack system for my mountain bike and needed a tonneau that didn't block the T-slots. This cover bolted right up and I was able to keep my crossbars mounted without any interference. Locks tight and folds open in seconds when I need full bed access.

Solid build quality, easy install
Installed this on my 2022 F-150 in about an hour by myself. The clamps are beefy and the panels feel way more rigid than the soft roll cover I had before. Weather seals work great—drove through a storm last week and the bed stayed dry.

Great for contractors
I keep tools locked in the bed during the day and fold it open for lumber runs. The T-slot rails let me add tie-down anchors without drilling holes. Only complaint is the matte finish shows scratches if you slide heavy materials across it, but that's expected with any tonneau.

Finally a tonneau that works with my gear
I've tried three other covers and they all blocked my bed rail mounts for my RTT ladder. The X4TS lets me keep everything mounted and still lock the bed when I'm in town. Hinges feel bombproof.

No drill install was a big plus
I lease my truck so drilling wasn't an option. This cover clamps on tight with no movement and I can remove it completely in 20 minutes if I need to return the truck stock. Fit on my Silverado was perfect.

Does exactly what it says
Locks secure, panels fold smooth, and the T-slots accept all my standard rack hardware. Not waterproof in a downpour but keeps 95% of rain out. I'd buy it again.

Good to know

Questions about the X4TS tonneau cover

Yes. The clamp system on the X4TS adjusts outward to account for spray-in liner thickness, typically adding 1/8 to 1/4 inch to the bed rail width. We've tested fitment with Line-X, Rhino Liner, and most OEM spray liners without issue.

If you have a drop-in plastic bedliner, fitment depends on whether the liner has a raised lip that extends above the bed rail. Most drop-in liners sit below or flush with the rail edge and won't interfere with clamp placement.

The T-slot rails are designed for bed-mounted accessories like tie-down anchors, cargo bars, bike racks, and similar hardware. They are not load-rated for roof racks or crossbars because the tonneau cover itself is not a structural support system.

If you need to run crossbars above the bed, you'll want a separate bed rack system that mounts independently to the truck bed or stake pockets. The X4TS can coexist with many under-rack tonneau setups depending on the rack design.

Unlock both rotary latches at the tailgate. Lift the rear panel up and fold it forward onto the middle panel—you'll feel the hinge click into the open position. Continue folding the stacked panels forward onto the front panel if you want full bed access, or stop after the first fold for partial access.

The panels lock into each folded position with friction from the hinges. To close, reverse the process and press down on the rear panel until the latches engage.

The X4TS is weather-resistant with full-perimeter EPDM seals and drainage channels, but it is not waterproof. Water can enter at the panel seams or latch points during heavy rain or high-pressure car washes.

For most users, the cover keeps the bed dry enough for tools, camping gear, and general cargo. If you're hauling electronics or moisture-sensitive items, we recommend using a secondary dry bag or sealed storage container inside the bed.

You'll need a socket set with metric and SAE sizes, a torque wrench, and a Phillips screwdriver. Most installs also benefit from a second person to help position the rails and hold the cover in place while you tighten clamps.

Installation typically takes 45 to 60 minutes. We include detailed instructions with torque specs for the clamp bolts and fitment diagrams for common truck models.

Yes. The entire cover removes by loosening the clamp bolts and lifting the rail assembly off the bed. The process takes about 20 minutes and doesn't require disconnecting any permanent hardware.

If you remove the cover frequently, we recommend marking the clamp positions with tape or a paint pen so reinstallation is faster and you don't have to realign the rails from scratch each time.

The cover sits above the bed rails and does not interfere with factory tie-down hooks or D-rings mounted inside the bed. You can still access and use those anchor points when the cover is open or closed, depending on their location.

If your truck has stake pocket tie-downs along the bed rail top edge, the X4TS clamps may cover some of those pockets depending on clamp placement. Check the fitment guide for your specific truck model to confirm stake pocket access.
